How can we help?

QuestWorks is a team intelligence platform that builds chemistry through 25-minute AI-driven team adventures. Teams play together on the QuestWorks platform (accessible from Slack or Microsoft Teams), and leaders get an always-on insight engine showing how their team communicates, handles conflict, and makes decisions.

Install from Slack or Microsoft Teams in under a minute. No prep, no facilitators. The platform runs on autopilot.

About 25 minutes, once a week. No calendar Tetris.

Just a computer with a browser and either Slack or Microsoft Teams.

After install, the admin who installed QuestWorks gets a DM with the setup wizard: the agreement, your team name, inviting your teammates, and your weekly game day. As soon as the agreement is signed, each player can run /onboard to create a character and connect a calendar. Quests run once a week in that fixed slot; on game day QuestWorks DMs players a join link five minutes before start and posts the recap to your team channel afterward. Players use /herogpt for coaching, /settings for privacy and data controls, and /report to send feedback. Team members can use /start-team to create another team. Admins use /admin and /dashboard. Type help after any command (for example /onboard help) to see how to use it.

Yes. Anyone in an installed Slack workspace can run /start-team to create a new team. They do not need to be invited or designated as a lead first. Each new team gets its own 30-day free trial. At the end, the team lead chooses whether to pay with their own card or ask the original installer to put the team on the company card. Company-card requests require installer approval.

QuestWorks uses artificial intelligence to facilitate quests, generate quest narratives and avatars, and provide HeroGPT coaching. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Coaching and insights are suggestions only. They are not professional advice, and they may not be used to make employment decisions about you, except that a team's Team Intelligence Score may be one input, never the sole basis, when evaluating the manager or leader who owns that team. Use your own judgment before you act on anything the AI says. QuestWorks does not use your Slack data to train AI models. Details: AI Transparency and Privacy Policy.
