Do I need to be there every game day?
Yes. Your team plays together on its game day, and your job is to help the team raise its Team Intelligence™ Score. Quests are 25 minutes, land on the same day and time, and are designed to be the best part of your week. If they’re not, tell us.
Will this affect my performance review, compensation, or promotion?
No employment decision about you may rest on your own play or on any player’s individual data. A team’s Team Intelligence™ Score may be one input, never the sole basis, when evaluating the manager or leader who owns that team. This is a development tool, not a scorecard.
What do the Jira, Linear and Asana integrations actually do?
Two things. First, anonymized org-level trends show that QuestWorks is actually working, so your team can keep questing. Second, they help the AI spot patterns that inspire quests designed to help your team move faster and do better work together.
What does HeroGPT™ actually do for me?
With PowerUp, it’s your private coach for helping your team score higher. Your individual gameplay and coaching data stays private to you. Your HeroType is public. Your company sees aggregate org-level trends only. Use Settings at app.questworks.io/settings to view, download, or delete your data anytime.
Can my manager see what I do in here?
Your manager sees the roster, HeroTypes and aggregate team trends. A highlight names you only if you turn it on in Settings. Anything you say to HeroGPT™ is completely private.
Do I earn anything I can keep?
Yes. Behaviors observed during play accumulate into LinkedIn-verified certifications at three tiers: Practitioner, Specialist, and Expert. Each comes with a public verification page showing exactly how many times you demonstrated that behavior, and over how many months. One-click add to LinkedIn. Nobody can fake 47 instances of speaking up under pressure across six months of sessions.

Do I need to be a gamer?
No. The narrator guides every turn, and onboarding takes a few minutes.
