About QuestWorks
We're building the tools teams have always needed
QuestWorks measures and builds team chemistry on autopilot — so the best people don't just work near each other, they actually click.
The problem we saw
AI put solo work into hyperdrive. It shrank teams and raised the stakes. But it left one thing completely untouched: how people actually work together. Speed isn't the bottleneck anymore — chemistry is.
Teams have tools for everything else. Sprints have a board. Code has review. Retros have a template. Every workflow that matters got instrumented and tightened over the last decade. Every one except the most important: whether the people on the team actually click.
For that, teams still do the same thing they did twenty years ago. Stack the roster, hope the chemistry shows up, and find out the hard way when it doesn't. We built QuestWorks to fix that.
What we believe
Chemistry is measurable
It's not a vibe, it's a dataset. Real behavioral signal that compounds the longer a team plays.
Play reveals what surveys can't
Pressure creates signal. Safety creates honesty. You learn more about a team in one quest than in a quarter of standups.
Intelligence should compound
Every quest makes the next one smarter. The picture of your team sharpens week after week instead of resetting.
Teams deserve autopilot
No prep, no facilitators, no calendar Tetris. Chemistry should build itself in the background while the work gets done.
