Take the quiz ›How these assessments work
Every quiz here is grounded in real research, not pop psychology. The Burnout quiz uses the Maslach Burnout Inventory framework. The EQ test draws on Daniel Goleman's four-domain model. The Team Chemistry quiz blends Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions, Amy Edmondson's psychological safety research, and findings from Google's Project Aristotle. The Communication and Appreciation quizzes use research-informed style and language frameworks adapted for hybrid teams.
Every quiz takes 2 to 3 minutes. You see your results the moment you finish the last question. You can optionally drop your email to get a written summary, but you do not need to. Nothing is gated.
These are signals, not clinical diagnostics. The most useful thing you can do with them is share the link with your team and compare archetypes. The patterns you find in the spread between teammates are usually more revealing than any individual score.
Why we built these
Most workplace assessments give you the diagnosis and stop there. You walk away with a personality letter or a quadrant label, and then nothing changes. The chemistry doesn't get any better. The communication doesn't get any clearer. Six months later, the team is right where it started.
Assessments give you the what. They show you where your team sits today. The hard part is the how: how do you actually move the needle on trust, on conflict comfort, on shared belief? Chemistry is built, not found. And it gets built through reps, not reports.
That's what QuestWorks is. Voice-controlled team quests, 30 to 45 minutes, that put your team in low-stakes situations where the dimensions these assessments measure actually get exercised. Trust gets practiced. Conflict gets navigated. Shared belief gets built. Then it shows up where it matters: in the next real project, the next hard decision, the next high-stakes week.
Take the assessments to know where you are. Use QuestWorks to actually get somewhere.
